We've had nothing but good service from Taylor wimpy right from the start. Girls at the office were great and the site manager was great to. We were always allowed to visit our plot whenever we wanted, as long as arranged with site manager. Any slight little snags and they were fixed pretty much the same day. It was all round an exciting and pleasant experience. Just over 2years later and apart from a few wear and tear cracks, the house still looks as good as when we moved in.

All I will say is do your research! Once they have your money and you are in they don’t care! You are not told until after you move in that the houses are build on mass scale and therefore you only get an average finish, they are human build not machine built so they can’t be perfect! There is no care from the after care team! They are very rude and unhelpful. It’s a shame you can’t see your house until after completion, I can only presume they do it this way to not delay getting their money, as that is all they seem to care about! I wish I never purchased my home here, it’s not been a pleasant experience! I would never buy another new build Taylor Wimpey home. I wish I had done my research and looked at their reviews!
