Beautiful homes, slightly overpriced. Workers are polite and courteous. However had 2 torn tyres because of nails on the road

I bought a house in this development. I have been very hesitant to put bad reviews about my own house. But the customer service team at Taylor Wimpey is so pathetic I have to write about them. Lot of issues with this development. Uneven plastering, gaps in french doors and windows, leaky and moldy garages, no working door bells, one light switch to operate the lights in dining room and cloak room! paints remnants all over wall tiles, and radiators, unclean sofits etc.. that will give you a taste of issues what I got in my house. If you are investing in your dream home, this is not the one you wanted to be in!
Here is the transcript from the customer service after an year of chasing to fix the issues.
From Customer service Ms Kumar
"I have spoken to my line manager regarding this issue. We have agreed that for this issue this would be the correct action to take to ensure the correct works are undertaken within your home. If you are unhappy and do not wish to wait for Bill to return to inspect then I would like to respectfully request you contact NHBC to review the issues of the uneven walls you have highlighted."

The colony is a mile or so away from the Grammer schools and also the m40 and a404. We loved it

one of the best new development you will find within a 50 miles radius. Tree lined street, all houses with garages and at Least semi detached, very close (but not too close) to the motor way for ease of access. Benefit of a good shopping mall (and street market) in high Wycombe without being inside high Wycombe itself. Experience with builders has not been too bad either even with minor issues here and there. Overall, prestigious!!!
