So Taylor’s deliberately deceived me on price of flat value. Taylor’s Wanted to sell it at 145 but said was worth 150 prior to me agreeing to put it on market. So I agreed 145 thinking. This was reasonable. Then once I said ok put it on market they phoned on numerous occasions stating the price was too high and should be 135 sale price. This all happened within 2-3 weeks of being put on the market. Surely house prices did not drop this much in the space of a few weeks. They set me up to sign the deal and then dropped the price once they had me tied in.

Also tied me into a 16 week sole agency agreement. When I agreed to this I was not sure whether to sell or not so stated I needed time to decide over whole thing. Then when I went back to paperwork they told me it was too late and could not get out of 16 week sole agency. And this was well within two weeks of the flat being put onto the market. And the paperwork stated if you change your mind within 14 days then u can withdraw from sole agency. Despite this their manager told me it was tough and I had no choice but to continue. So I remained in the 16 week tie in.

Other agents are cheaper. I only went with Taylor’s in the beginning as they were the only agent to contact me from the comparison site. I really regretted it and will not use them again just because of their games, dishonesty and over pricing. I should have actively sought other agents. Now I have spoke with others I am aware of healer figures.

I couldn’t praise enough Taylors Estate Agents Peterborough they have been extremely helpful and beneficial when selling my flat. I found the staff very polite and persuasive when my flat sale was concerned. I am grateful for all the time and effort and persistence from everyone especially Keegan.

I had a great experience with Taylor’s from the beginning especially with Keegan Phillips . As a young buyer , I was worried about putting offers in and getting it accepted but Keegan promised that he would help me get the property I wanted and I got it . I felt personally cared for and treated like a friend not just a client . Even though we had some difficulties along the process of completing , Keegan really did his best to make sure we got to the end . I got my keys last week . Can’t be any more grateful . I would 100% reccomend Taylor especially if you’re a young person looking to get a mortgage on a property

Taylors Estate is a good company. Nice and helpful professionals are always happy to render any assisstance required. I was espiacially glad for Keegan who helped me to buy the flat in an efficient way and was always there as a perfect mediator!

Excellent experience, Keegan sold my shared ownership property and obviously has a lot of experience in this area as he helped and guided me through a lot of the process. Fabulous service, not something that one says about estate agents however never judge a book etc. They have been nothing but support to me not only through the show round process but during the sale by using their skills to speed things along with solicitors. I went to Taylors after two other local estate agents failed to impress me.

I was selling a four bedroom detached house in Tuffley and had had no firm offers.

Taylors were a breath of fresh air, they filtered prospective buyers well and we had positive viewings. The house sold quite quickly with Ian and his team and they saw through the sale in a very efficient and professional way.

I can certainly recommend them.
