Avoid of this company, they are very rude,one star is even too much for them, they offer a very poor service and very expensive, pay 235 pounds x 4flats every three months, and the only service received is cutting grass ones every three months usually when the payment is due. Asking money for every extra job, ridiculous pay and get ignored all the time for problems on the property, the property looks abandoned, with some maintenance to do it.... Read more

As management agents, they appear to be up to date with all the recent changes in the law, however, their manner both on the phone and in written communication leaves much to be desired. I would definitely not recommended them.... Read more

I found this estate agent to be highly unprofessional and unscrupulous in the worst stereo typical estate agent way. All the usual estate agent falsehoods are gathered here in one office. Exaggerated discriptions,claims and prices. Fake competing offers appear and disappear as they please. Genuine offers fail to reach sellers, buyers are kept in the dark about known issues with properties being sold. Valuations are unreliable and unrealistic. All this is wrapped up in a rude and discourteous package. Godstone has many estate agents all of them are more professional and less time wasting than this lot.
