I have found Power Bespoke to be very different and positive in their approach. When we were in the process of buying they set up a WhatsApp group in which regular feedback was given so that every member of the group was updated. It helped in asking questions too. Any member of the group would reply to your query. After this when it came to renting out the property, Sally Ewbank, their lettings manager was very helpful and guided in every aspect very happily. Her advise was very valuable and on many occasions we felt that she went out of her way to help. We always wondered if she followed any office hours as she would respond at any time of the day. To date she is always there to help.... Read more

I had the best experience with power bespoke from start to finish. The pictures of the property were well taken, viewing was arranged as per my convenience. Due to my circumstances I needed to move in quick and they worked over time and on weekends to help me in this regard. As with any property it needed some cleaning and repair which they self identified and got it renovated without any hassle. Most importantly they are very professional, responsive and trust worthy. We have rented 2 properties through power bespoke now. Our last one, the landlady needed to move back in so we needed to find somewhere new. We have 2 chihuahuas so this is always quite difficult to find anywhere allowing pets. Sally was amazing at finding a new property for us very quickly. Genuinely amazing to deal with. Such bad experiences in the past with other agencies but from arranging a viewing with Sally, to meeting Julie at the property, they were incredible.
