I've been a tenant at a property managed by Thames Lettings for nearly a year now. Coming from abroad, this was my first experience with flat hunting in London and I am very grateful to say it has been a pleasant one from the start (I've heard many horror stories!). When I initially inquired about the property, Jose was prompt in arranging a virtual visit and addressing all of my questions. The application process was smooth and progressed quickly. Since moving in, I've primarily dealt with Robert and Monica, who have both been equally as receptive to address even the littlest of my concerns; I had an issue where my closet door wouldn't close when I moved in and the issue was resolved within a matter of days. Overall, I'd recommend Thames Lettings to anyone looking for a proper, well-managed flat in London.... Read more

Had a very disappointing experience with Thames Lettings with an agent Jose. We scheduled a viewing right after the property adverted in the market. He wanted to postpone as the current tenants were working from home and we scheduled the day after at the earliest time. Just an hour before the viewing he gave me a notice as the property got offers and the landlord agreed already. In the end he wasted my couple days with changing my daily schedule for nothing. He didn't even mention about any other potential tenants until last minute. Very unprofessional..... Read more
