Good selling pitch, however it was almost impossible to contact anybody after signingup, all communication from them was via email and no one would phone back despite numerous emails begging for someone to call.

I would just like to say that the team @ the big estate agency are fantastic. I mainly delt with Kate who was very supportive with our recent purchase. We arranged for 3 visits before having our offer accepted. They recommended a solicitor to use Cross Solicitors who were also very good and moved things along. A lovely touch receiving a bottle of bubbly when we collected the keys. Thanks for everything ????

I have been with Big Estate Agency for a year now. There was a time when I was going through difficulty with some property and a commercial shop, Paul (manager) helped me through and couldn't thank him enough. The ladies at the office are fantastic, always responsive and genuinely great people to work with, they are always there when you need them. I hope we can work together more in the future as we are now. Thank you team Big Estate Agency ?????

Definitely recommend to a friend family. Went out of there way to make it as stress free as possible.
Liked the fact they took the client around the house.

Can’t fault the agency. Very helpful and always keep you informed with the whole process. Had a very smooth experience renting through them any issues were dealt with promptly. Nicola has been amazing throughout our tenancy.

We would not hesitate to recommend The Big Estate Agency to anybody wishing to sell their home. Paul did not hang about getting our property on the market and then Delyth dealt with the viewings/offers and final sale brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble and not once did we have to chase for answers etc. When the time comes we will definitely use again. Thank you!

Been ingored many times by the agency by emails and calls . I was waiting for response regarding a shop for over a week. As I been told the landlord is on holiday but some how,
I just find out its was gone by the sign on the shop Let Agreed....
So I don't understand why it was hard to say on beginning the shop has gone but to waste my time.!
Would not recommend at all.

Very unprofessional agency we left an offer for house to and nobody contact with to tell us that offer has been declined,we understood that house is sold from Rightmove after 3 days and when I call to the agengy they said"O sorry your offer has been declined" absolutely shame will never looking to buy a house or rent a house from agency.
Today is Friday but the offer has been accepted on Wednesday and nobody contact with us so of course will blame you.

I could not recommend this company enough! They were the most professional and amazing team I think I’ve come across! Nicola, a absolute credit to this company has been a rock through this move! Helped us chase up all issues, kept us constantly updated, willing to help out with everything and anything!
Anyone wanting to have a stress free move, I would happily go with these guys! Could not stress how amazing Nicola had been through this move, fantastic!

Used twice. Excellent. We have used the Big Estate Agency to sell our own house when we relocated back down south and when my father passed away we again used this agency to sell his house. The staff are very compassionate and understanding. Very helpful with any queries, great prompt contact and communication and very reasonable fees. The presentation of photos and 3rd viewing video was exceptional and we sold both properties within days of listing. They really showed both homes off to their best potential and this ensured fast sales. They really are such a great team we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Highly recommend
