I would just like to say that the team @ the big estate agency are fantastic. I mainly delt with Kate who was very supportive with our recent purchase. We arranged for 3 visits before having our offer accepted. They recommended a solicitor to use Cross Solicitors who were also very good and moved things along. We would not hesitate to recommend The Big Estate Agency to anybody wishing to sell their home. Paul did not hang about getting our property on the market and then Delyth dealt with the viewings/offers and final sale brilliantly. Been ingored many times by the agency by emails and calls . I was waiting for response regarding a shop for over a week. As I been told the landlord is on holiday but some how, I just find out its was gone by the sign on the shop Let Agreed.... Very unprofessional agency we left an offer for house to and nobody contact with to tell us that offer has been declined,we understood that house is sold from Rightmove after 3 days and when I call to the agengy they said"O sorry your offer has been declined" absolutely shame will never looking to buy a house or rent a house from agency. Today is Friday but the offer has been accepted on Wednesday and nobody contact with us so of course will blame you.... Read more

Used twice. Excellent. We have used the Big Estate Agency to sell our own house when we relocated back down south and when my father passed away we again used this agency to sell his house. The staff are very compassionate and understanding. Very helpful with any queries, great prompt contact and communication and very reasonable fees. The presentation of photos and 3rd viewing video was exceptional and we sold both properties within days of listing. Paul moved amazingly quickly when we explained our situation to get our house on the market.
