The agent viewed my flat before the renovation was finished and brought prospective tenants round the following weekend. They were all referenced and ready to move in as soon as the flat was ready only 3 weeks later so no need for marketing on this occasion - very impressed..... Read more

Our first introduction to The Estate Agency co was via an advertising flyer. We were taken by the sale options offered and decided to make contact to find out more. After discussion and queries answered we decided to go ahead. Our agent Richard then managed all aspects of getting our house on the market. We were delighted with photographs of our property and with the review written of our home. We sold within 4 months of our property being advertised with The Estate Agency co - A fantastic result as at that time the sale of properties in our area was very slow. Promised the world / Delivered Nothing / Still has my House Keys 2 months down the line after numerous attempts to get them back / The agent has now disappeared off the face of the earth and no one answers the phone or emails I am only giving this 'company' 1 star as I cannot submit my review with zero. I got a call from a man named Ray Ali who claimed to come from this estate agent and interested in renting out our buy-to-let to some tenants he had. He told me he had tenants ready to move in to my rental property. I arranged for him to get the keys to my house. He then went quiet - didnt hear from him for about a week. I called again and after about 20 attempts, Ray picked up. He gave me some story about his email and phone servers being hacked and couldnt contact anyone for days. This was repeated again. I asked for my keys back as I did not require the services of The Estate Agency Co. anymore and this is when he went quiet....this time forever it seems. I have been trying for weeks to get the keys to my house back from this company - to no avail. I have emailed, called and even turned up to the registered address for the business. No one there, no response and the voicemail for the number I have is constantly full. I have contacted the police and filed a report. At best, they are highly incompetent, at worst, this is an elaborate scam. Locks changed now. I would never recommend this place to anyone.... Read more
