Without a doubt the worst experience I could have imagined. Eden is rude, unprofessional and generally useless. The agreed my move in time and didn’t show up with the keys which forced me to track down the landlord. I also had council assistance with my deposit but Eden decided to try to steal £288 of it and after I raised the issue with the council and anyone who would listen she simply sent it back with neither acknowledgement of her crime not any apology. Tenants in the property already told similar stories of stolen deposits, poorly written contracts and Eden’s willingness to move anyone into a property without any sort of credit checks or due diligence. Also upon researching the company I discovered their office/registered address is empty. I had absolutely nothing to leave a positive review and can only warn you avoid at all costs if you’d prefer not to be swindled. Just to add to this They have replied by attempting to perpetuate the same falsehoods as always. If anyone can find an office for this company please let me know as when we tried to find it both myself and other tenants were unsuccessful.... Read more

I have recently purchased a property in South London using The Home Hub Estate Agency. I found the agent to be very professional and always very helpful. As a buyer I had lots of questions and so did my solicitor. Eden was able to obtain all the necessary information quickly, enabling the purchase to take place within a short time. I am a landlord with multiple properties in and around the Croydon area and have been using The Home Hub to source suitable professional tenants for me over the past two years. I have been dealing exclusively with Eden, the owner of this company. I have found Eden to be highly knowledgeable in her chosen field of being a Letting Agent.. She is always professional in our dealings and always adhere to my strict requirements of only finding me professional working tenants. Before placing an tenant in my properties, Eden will always liaise with me in the first instance and because of the high number of quality of tenants she has sourced for me over the years, I am now very confident to go by her judgement of potential tenants without her having to get my prior approval before placing them in any of my properties. I place a lot of trust in Eden's abilities and find her to be 100% honest and reliable. I look forward to having a long lasting and successful partnership with Eden and The Home hub team.
