What a thorough & professional team JNP Estate Agents are.

A few months ago, I was looking to get my flat revalued and Mark Prior arrived to do it. Mark was very friendly and professional throughout. Mark then sat down and we spoke about the valuation and the reasons I was looking to sell etc, the reason was I couldn’t afford my remortgage.
Mark spoke to me on a human level and not as an estate agent trying to make a sale. Mark listened and understood my situation. Mark was able to put me in touch with a very professional and helpful mortgage advisor who gave me options I wasn’t aware of.
Fast forward 4 months and I now have the flat remortgaged and in my name. Without Mark, this wouldn’t have been possible and I probably would have had to sell reluctantly.
Mark was extremely helpful throughout and was straight talking with what could be done. I would recommend Mark as an estate agent to anyone who needed one and one day, when I decide to sell, I will definitely be getting in touch with him again. He is a top man and an asset to JNP. Thanks Mark!

We bought a house through JNP Hazlemere in Widmer End.
The transaction was not a straight forward one with issues from our buyers almost scuppering the entire process.
JNP and specificially Mark Prior provided support and reassurance throughout the process.
Having had a not so great experience with the agents on my sale, the constrast was stark between them and how Mark managed the process.
He was proactive, dedicated and always available. Whilst as the buyer JNP ultimately served their client, the seller, I always felt throughout the process that Mark and his team had a genuine interest in the well-being and success of everyone involved in the process.
He quickly became my go to person rather than my own agent for my sale.

They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life but it was all made so much smoother and easier with JNP leading the way for me. Every member of staff I came into contact with were friendly and professional...Julian, Douglas, Jacqui, Nikki, Emily, all superb but not forgetting Mark Prior.
