I have a 10 week old baby with breathing issues at the moment, last week I recieved a phone call to say they had to cancel his appointment due to no drs and that someone will call me to re book. I asked would this be the next day and was just told "someone would call you". It was then the next day I found out the surgery is now closed permanently or suspended due to not meeting certain standards. I am absolutely furious I was not told the truth and they clearly did not care enough to advise me to take my 10 week old baby elsewhere to be seen just falsely tell me I will be called. Absolute disgrace by the staff for misleading people! A bit of honesty from them would have been nice!... Read more

For the 1st time ever I was made to feel like a waste of space. Just needed some advice and was told no. Wouldn't mind but she was 20 mins behide and I had a 10 min appointment but was out in 4 mins as she didn't want to help me. Not happy as feel it's got worse over the years and never get to see the same doctor.... Read more
