I and my brother have contacted so many times via your contact number and left numerous messages on your notice board. No 1 has rang us back and it has been like nearly 2 weeks. Such bad customer service experience! You should take down details if you do not have the intention of contacting people back. I have rang various times @ work on my break and wasted my time on days off, for you just to ignore me! So thank you very much!

I would highly recommend The Letting People to anybody looking to rent out their property. They managed my flat in Leamington Spa from February 2014 to October 2021 when I sold the property. Over the years I have always received the highest level of customer service from the team. I have always had super tenants rent my property and excellent maintenance support. Victoria has been particularly helpful over the last 2-3 years, organising everything from decorators to plumbers and boiler replacements for me. I am grateful for the whole team’s support over the years and wish them all well.

We used The Letting People in 2020 when we moved into our first flat and they were nothing but helpful and welcoming and always offering assistance. Every email they would always take an interest in how we were and checked up on our new family addition which was lovely. Shame we had to leave on moving into our new home but even after vacating our property Victoria and Cassie have both been amazing in helping us to ensure we had completed all on the checklist to give us a better chance of receiving our whole deposit back!
Definitely would recommend renting through them!!

Easy checkin and checkout into the property with a proper process / checklist in place to ensure everything is covered and a supportive team in place to help if you have any queries during the tenancy.
Very professional service from start to finish!

Worst company to deal with. No doubt theyll reply saying we have no records of dealing with you. Very quick to shift responsibilities onto other platforms to swindle you out of your deposit money. Stay well away for your own sake.
