Hmmm… probably the least Personal experience I’ve had with an estate agents.! An arranged viewing at a property by a clueless agent with 10 minute slots, so a queue formed within minutes as it takes time remarkably to disgust a future home …! When questioned about the 1000 years of dust on the carpets and the knackered furniture accompanying the UNFURNISHED property I was told to send in my offer with what i required…. A damn good clean and the broom used further for something more appropriate was my desire for this cowboy agents.... Read more

If you are considering renting a property, please avoid this agency. Firstly, they rented me a property full of damp and mould covered with a layer of paint by the landlord which they knew about. Also, I was a third tenant moving in less than two years after being told by the next door neighbor. Furthermore, dampness and mould returned after 4 months in the whole property. This made us sick, especially me since I was pregnant and also had another child with disabilities. To conclude and to make matters worse, the property had gutter issues. Subsequently my landlord put a claim against the block management and still not resolved after me moving out. As soon as I talked about the damp and mold in the other rooms, he said in writing that the gutters were causing the damp and mould throughout the house, which was not the case. We were fed up of living in dispair, therefore we contacted the Epsom Environmental Health Agency and they confirmed in writing that the property had degrees of dampness not properly addressed by the landlord. To my dismay the landlord confirmed another story to the Environmental agency and served me section 21 because I reported him to the agency. This is illegal to kick out an excellent tenant that has been paying full rent and living in dispair for 8 months. We were happy to leave and took us a while to find another property. However, as section 21 was served the landlord instructed these bunch of cowboys to show the property to potential tenants. An open day was arranged and many people attended. To the first few visitors someone called Callum from the agency claimed that all the problems were caused by us which I addressed him on the spot saying that was not true. As a result, I took it further and am currently awaiting a response from the property ombudsman regarding my complaint. Then, as we managed to find a property early then my contract expired under their knowledge we paid three weeks worth of rent instead of the full amount. We were constantly harassed by them to leave as soon as possible because my landlord had to make repairs for the new tenant's arrival. At the time of my deposit being returned the landlord and them claimed that they did not authorise me of not paying the full rent and deducted from my deposit. Of course I opened a dispute with DPS regarding this because they are liers. Avoid them if you want to avoid being misled and having heartaches. I have now instructed a solicitor to get returned all my rent refunded. They are worthless and better to use any other agencies out there.... Read more

Awful service. I was their tenant and they left me at the rental property without hot water for over two months. After around nine weeks of having no hot water as the hot water had broken, and having patiently waited for repairs to be made... I was forced to pay someone to fix the issue. Once I had paid for replacement parts and labour for the issue to be fixed, I was evicted by the letting agent & landlord. I always paid my rent and always paid my rent on time. I also endured two years at the property without any curtains or blinds for privacy at the windows, despite having mentioned on several occasions. The maintainence company consistently failed to manage and maintain the communal areas. A Letting Agent should remain unbiased and work to serve both the landlord and their tenant, yet this Lettings agent seemingly only want to serve the landlord for their own personal financial gain whilst treating the tenant in a disgraceful and disrespectful way. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. RIA LAWRENCE the branch manager threatened my guarantor over the phone and MICHELLE HOBBS the branch property manager is completely incompetent, not knowing how to successfully manage a property and the issues that may inevitably arise on occasion. You’re meant to receive a fair level of service within life, especially when you’re paying for someone’s services... I was ripped off and evicted for no reason, having then lost all my new furniture and possessions as I couldn’t afford to put them into a storage facility. The irony being that I always paid my rent and always paid my rent on time... they ought to be ashamed of themselves.
