Can't recommend property fox enough. We sold our property with them and bought with another estate agent and the difference between the two was clear. The communication is excellent, the people are friendly and the whole process was easy. I'd happily use property fox again!

Hurrendous place told my mortgage broker that vendor has accepted offer for the property I was looking at, only to find out after paying my mortgage broker and for the solicitor (SOLICITOR GIVEN TO ME BY THE PROPERTY FOX) that if fact the offer had not been accepted at all AVOID THIS PLACE YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOU MONEY TO THEM

I have recently sold my property through Property Fox in Newfoundpool Leicester. I had been working with another agent in preparing to put the proeprty on the market and called Property Fox in for a second opinion. I was blown away by their professionalism in their first meeting with us and felt I had no choice but to use their services. I was not disappointed. I felt they did everything they could to get me the highest price possible and then once we found a buyer Jess communicated with me and the solicitors throughout. Even when frustrated with the process Jess kept me informed and did all she could to keep things moving. I would highly recommend.

We recently sold our property with The Property Fox and couldn’t have wished for a better service. We viewed one of their properties which we desperately wanted and within a couple of hours they had put our own house on the market. They arranged 15 viewings for us over the following two days and a sale was agreed a couple of days after that. This then enabled us to buy the bungalow we had viewed and everything went through like a dream. We were offered help with form filling and any queries we had were dealt with promptly. We were updated with progress on a weekly basis and eleven weeks later we were in our new home. We cannot recommend The Property Fox highly enough. They are all extremely professional, helpful and genuine people. An amazingly straightforward process. Grateful thanks to all at The Property Fox, especially John, Michael, Sam, Raj and Jesse.
