I own a flat below one rented by the Property Shop. Huge leak came in from a shower tray which flooded not only my flat but the one below as well. It being a Friday the response was no checking of safe electrics at all. And a plumber showed on Tuesday...leaving their tenant unable to shower for four days! The contractor blocked the stairwell with materials then left the bags of discarded materials outside the building and left. No cleaning of the common ways from the fourth floor. Shambles!

I really can’t thank you enough ????
This agency remembered me and found me a lovely property in a perfect location.
No ridiculous fees and requesting 6 or 12 months rent in advance as some of the agencies are doing currently.
The registration process is very fair and straight forward.

The Property Shop helped me find a lovely property for me and my wife, we are now looking to start a family and the property meets all our requirements. Thomas was so helpful through out the process, he was always contactable and made us feel at ease even when the referencing became a little less straight forward. Recommend Highly!!

We move into the property one week after the day stipulated in the contract because we had no hot water. I've had to paint the living room because the walls was full of marks, I asked them to do it but they refuse it. The window in the bedroom was brokend and we couldnt close it leaving and aperture of 5cm with a hight flow of wind coming in, their solution was block the window and can not be open anymore. The windows in the living room has a lot of condensation between the glass making imposible the view out side, we rent the flat for the great view in a 16th floor. Also the bath was full of stains very desgusting. Everytime we contact them to fix a problem we received a bunch of excues avoiding to fix the problem

This was the first time I have used The Property Shop for my rental property. Their letting fees were a lot less than agents I’ve used in the past, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
But within a day of advertising my property, Steve had a prospective tenant, and by the end of the week, all the paperwork had been completed and a start date for the tenancy confirmed. Brilliant service. Would I use them again? You bet!

Dreadful. stay away. Positive reviews cannot be real.
Moved into a property (a day late due to the agency not having the keys) which is covered in black mould, cobwebs, dust & dirt.
A couple of the cupboards in the kitchen are hanging off their hinges, also the interiors were left sticky with food in them. The fridge and freezer have a fowl smell coming from them.
The shower / bath / sinks are covered in mould and dirt. We also found hairs in the bath, as well as belongings left behind from previous tenants including dirty pants behind the wardrobe.
yet more mould all over the walls and plaster falling off in most rooms.
Completely disgusting.

Steve and all of the team are extremely friendly and helpful! I just moved into a brand new refurbished flat, and I got even more than I could have hoped for! I love it so much! We were a few days delayed, but Steve was at the property himself making sure it was ready for me in the end, and I'm very grateful????

I dealt with Michael Cooley on the Sales side who successfully sold my flat. I cannot praise Michael enough - He was able to find the right buyer and as this was a fairly complex sale, it involved a lot of effective negotiation which Michael excelled at. He kept me updated at all stages of the sales process and was always on hand to answer any questions. He's a great negotiator, thorough and very experienced in his field - I would recommend him highly.

The worst, most unprofessional letting agency ever. Scammers, liars, greedy, robbers! They wanted all my £2000 deposit and paying them £1400 on the top. No documentation whatsoever, no breakdown of costs, nothing. Just a phone call, asking me how dare I claim any penny from them. Rude and unprofessional. I managed to get back less than half because I took action with my deposits. But they made a last, lousy attempt to milk me off of nearly £300 more than My deposit decided, claiming that I didn't pay renewal of the contract, which had been paid 6 months before moving out. If they could not get the big chunk, they were happy with crumbles. Scammers!

Literally the scummiest agency around. Lie, cheat - let themselves into your property without giving notice. Don't bother to clean properties. Abysmal. Literally abysmal.

I have rented with the property shop for 2 years and have always found them to be very good with maintenance and returning calls on different things, so it was quite natural that when it was time for me to purchase my first property i was keen to also use the property shop.
They found me what has turned out to be my perfect home and they made everything so easy they introduced me to a mortgage adviser who was also very good and the whole purchase has gone so quickly i can hardly believe that i am now in my new home, thank you everybody at the property shop
