Steve and all of the team are extremely friendly and helpful! I just moved into a brand new refurbished flat, and I got even more than I could have hoped for! I love it so much! We were a few days delayed, but Steve was at the property himself making sure it was ready for me in the end, and I'm very grateful????

I dealt with Michael Cooley on the Sales side who successfully sold my flat. I cannot praise Michael enough - He was able to find the right buyer and as this was a fairly complex sale, it involved a lot of effective negotiation which Michael excelled at. He kept me updated at all stages of the sales process and was always on hand to answer any questions. He's a great negotiator, thorough and very experienced in his field - I would recommend him highly.

I have rented with the property shop for 2 years and have always found them to be very good with maintenance and returning calls on different things, so it was quite natural that when it was time for me to purchase my first property i was keen to also use the property shop.
They found me what has turned out to be my perfect home and they made everything so easy they introduced me to a mortgage adviser who was also very good and the whole purchase has gone so quickly i can hardly believe that i am now in my new home, thank you everybody at the property shop

I have today completed on my new home that i have purchased through the property shop. Through the whole process TPS have been very proffessional and helpful, this is the first home that i have purchased and I needed a lot of hand holding with all the things you need to deal with along the way.
I would like to thank all the staff for there kind help and in making the whole deal very smooth over what was a very tricky purchase.

I have been using the Property Shop for more than 8 years, they have helpful and knowledgeable staff, all my queries are dealt with quickly, they may have to call the landlord who is slow, but everything has been resolved in a reasonable time. My deposits have been returned to me on time. It seems there are bad reviews of this company but I would recommend them without question.

The Property Shop took over the management of my properties in Brighton fifteen years ago. Since then they have been well maintained, repairs done promptly, rents paid on time and, most importantly, the tenants happy and it is ten years since a tenant left.

We rented one of the most sought property in Brighton's prime location - just across the sea front, through The Property Shop. Our experience of dealing with them has been absolutely amazing! All our maintenance issues were fixed within 24 hours and we got the entire deposit back which was cherry on the cake. They do have the lowest admin fee in my knowledge and are thoroughly professional, genuine and accommodating. If we come back to Brighton, we will definitely be knocking on their doors for sure as they have the best properties in Brighton!

We got our deposit back in very short time, reduced only of a reasonable amount. The only thing is that the communication is often slow and replies struggle to arrive sometimes, but people (in our case Stuart Manchester) are extremely kind and available.

Had a great time renting a flat from the Property Shop - any issues were dealt with quickly when requested and they were always happy to find a solution that worked for everyone. No problems or issues in 2 years.

The sign of a good business is not that there are never any problems, it's the way they respond to those problems that sets them apart. Steve and Murray from the Property Shop were faced with some unfortunate circumstances that were not of their making, but that significantly impacted on us as tenants. How they went about resolving them and communicating at every step, was exceptional and I shall be recommending them to other landlords I know.
