This is the first review I have ever written as normally I can’t be bothered. However, this company has compelled me to write one out of the immense frustration they caused me. I can’t count how many times my calls and emails were ignored almost as if they were intentionally ignoring me or refusing to return my deposit. The shear lack of communication and effort to deal with any situation was astonishing and I’ve never encountered such a high degree of incompetency. DO NOT use this company unless you love sending 4 reminder emails and 2 calls per query you have, only to be ignored like you’re talking to a wall.... Read more

The letting agency consistently let us down, did not turn up when they told us they would, sent contractors to our house with no notice, persistently ignored emails when it suited them. We were left without heating in 3 rooms for the entirety of winter and the house was literally falling apart around us.... Read more

Pretty shocking...person we dealt with left then no one else had time/was interested, lots of calls never returned. After leaving no post mentioned or forwarded..now have council tax bill gone to court...not impressed with landlord or agency.... Read more
