As first time buyers there have been a lot of unknowns going into this process, but The Mortgage Bureau have been as supportive as they could possibly be. Our advisor Tom has been hugely helpful in explaining the steps that come with buying our first property and always available whenever we had any questions. Me and my Partner have recently had our mortgage accepted as first time buyers and the mortgage bureau were the company recommended to us. They sold themselves to us from minute one! Tom was our initial contact and he is absolutely brilliant and such a nice guy, he was fantastic at explaining things to us as first time buyers and then leading us through the complete process so for that we couldn’t thank him enough. After loseing our home 12 years ago becouse off bad neigbours . we never thought we would be able to buy a home again carrying £22.000 debit . We regouped worked hard and got in a postion to try something . The missing link was a Mortgage . The Mortgage Bureau worked hard for us then one day a nice little flat came up . We thought ok lets try this not thinking we had much hope. An offer was excepted and The The Mortgage Bureau came up trumps . I can not put into words how greatfull my self and husband are .
