Enquired about a property the day it became advertised on the market, ignored the questions I asked and it took them almost a week to reply by which time the property had already been taken.

Disappointing admittedly not all their fault but the experience wasn't the best. They are offering properties that landlords charge their minds about renting so I think they need to be more rigorous about making sure the landlord is serious about renting the property before waisting people's time hopefully there was a financial penalty for this landlord. Offering properties that were not vacant for months so I think they need more knowledge about the properties before Offering them, they just need to be more professional.
On the positive they are easy to communicate with very responsive to emails. Always kept in touch and were very approachable.
So I would say everything thing taken into account they are average not the best but not the worst.

I used Threshold Letting agency when I decided to live alone, privately during my final year of university. The handling of my request was phenomenal and I was quickly after contacting them, in my future-flat viewing it. The team is well organised and kind with no major hick-ups at any point during my stay. I was always well informed about anything that needed doing in the flat, and I was always able to receive an answer from my emails. If I stayed in Swansea any longer, I would, with no doubt, still be using their service.

Mould issues for 3 yrs, sent fraudulent officer to take readings citing condensation, independent readings off the chart and rooms unlivable especially within respiratory pandemic, then what had been witnessed at each house inspection and fobbed off as condensation and tenant problem for 3 yrs, actually structural damage to both rooves.
How much of these issues can be fobbed off as landlords not wanting to pay or is the actual crux of the matter that threshold are ripping off landlords and tenants saying that work has been done.
