An excellent lettings agent. We have been renting with Tim Russ for more than 2 years now and would highly recommend them. All issues throughout the Tenancy so far are handled efficiently and professionally. I can't recommend Sue and Kathi enough, they have been polite, professional and incredibly responsive throughout and couldn't have been more helpful. We have always been massively impressed with how quickly they resolved any issues we brought to there attention,

Not a bad experience overall, Tim Russ handled the sale of my flat having previously purchased the flat via Tim Russ years prior.
Overall - the service was fine - with regular communications via email.
On one occasion however, the keys to my home were given to a valuer without my permission or knowledge - causing the valuer to walk in unannounced to the home - terrifying those who were in the home at the time. I didn’t feel this was handled very well by Tim Russ with just an apologetic email.
A small gesture of apology (e.g flowers etc) to the person who had been walked-in-on I feel would have been a better way of handling this. Although I’m sure this is an edge case and mistakes happen, it left a slightly sour taste.

The Tim Russ Lettings team have been exceptional during our search for a new property in the local area. Sue and Kathi are incredibly polite, courteous, professional and prompt with their communication regarding any and all matters in the property search process from beginning to end. They were very responsive to all of our queries and made our task of moving home seamless and hassle-free. Tim Russ has been the best estate agency I have had the pleasure of liaising with and I'm very happy with the service that has been provided.

I’ve used the services of Kathi Taylor and Sue Witney for a number of years in relation to various rental properties; they have been exceptional - so much so I’ve even used them for a rental outside their local area in preference to local estate agents. The services they offer are always consistent, very professional and very supportive. Their prices are competitive and I have every confidence in their abilities. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The lettings team in the Beaconsfield office couldn't have done more to help with our search for accommodation and went the extra mile to ensure that the entire letting process ran smoothly. We were stuck without accommodation after another flat fell through and went to them instead for assistance. We could not be more appreciative of Sue's help and I would highly recommend to anyone who was looking to find a property. Excellent customer service and a reliable, professional team.
