I can't rate Christian and his team highly enough! They are thoroughly professional and they have provided excellent communication throughout our sale. The whole team have a really strong knowledge of the local property market, and any issues or concerns we have had, have been addressed quickly. The quality of the photos taken of our property was outstanding, with great detailed floorplans too. Plenty of notice is given for every viewing that is arranged, and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.... Read more

Selling a house can be very stressful but we have to say Christian and the team at the Evesham office made it seem easy. From the very first meeting we were impressed by Christian’s enthusiasm and charismatic personality. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Christian and his team were highly proactive in respect of progress and very responsive to any questions we had. The team dealt with everything including viewings, handling offers and accompanying follow up visits. The result was a rapid sale and a good price. Have used Timothy Lea for years but was so pleased that Sheldon Bosley Knight gave me great support and Karen went above and beyond as she always does and it felt like I am treated with such respect and kindness from her and Natalie the whole time and they explained everything so clearly. “Superb!!!! We we sold our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and the property we purchased was with Sheldon Bosley Knight. We sold our property in 8 weeks, and I would give the team at Sheldon 10 out of 10 for how they handled this! As a seller you focus on getting your property sold. Which they did exceptionally well. The part you forget about is when you are purchasing another property there can be lots of complications in the chain with other peoples solicitors and estate agents. This is where Chloe and Christian became absolute super stars!!! They most definitely went the extra mile and beyond!! They would always be contactable or return calls swiftly, they chased and were actively on the tail of others in the chain and got things moving. They were proactive throughout the whole process. Recently purchased a house with SBK. The chain was very stressful but Chloe went above and beyond (massively) to get things moving. She was honest and kept me updated regularly with clear information that helped me cope! She was very proactive when others in the chain weren't so. We got there in the end but I'm not sure we'd be in our lovely new house if it weren't for Chloe. There were some issues along the way caused by purchasers but Christian, Chloe and Morgan were always incredibly helpful, professional and supportive.
