Thanks to Elliott and Steve and Tingdene who were very helped me a lot selling my late mothers property and managing the maintenance required while the sale went through. This really reduced a lot of pressure for me because I live a couple of hundred miles away. I had no issues with contact via email or phone and I understand that at certain points the office is unmanned as they are a small independent business. The maintenance team were great and I could see the hard work they put in. Great service and value from this agent. Cheers gents!

The worst estate agents ever. Don't answer the phone and don't call you back. Don't want you to see any of their properties. Just don't bother.

A rarity
I was dealing with these guys for my partner and we got told that we could have a property with a guarantor and after 4 days of calling and no response we then get a phone call saying no it can’t happen due to guarantors don’t work out when in fact the guarantor was her mum and would be a perfect fit. With hours of chasing and no response back I eventually got hold and just told them refund my money and I will go elsewhere. I would suggest people use some one who actually knows how to return a call.

I have called these people a few times when I wanted to view a property on Mansfield way in irchester, but the contact is very poor, I’m still waiting to be able to view this property but they are not responding when I will be able to view it, the home owners should of used a different agency not this useless one that doesn’t even bother to reply back after asking for an appointment when im in a need to buy now situation.

I recently have had what can only be described as the absolute pleasure in dealing with Tingdene estate agents on behalf of my elderly father who wanted to sell his house in Finedon.
From the very first contact to completion of the sale, both Elliot and Claire demonstrated incredibly high standards of professionalism and knowledge of the local property market leading to a prompt sale. They also had an enormous amount of empathy and sensitivity when dealing with my parents, making them feel at ease with the whole process.
It is only with the highest recommendation that I suggest that you use Tingdene as it is very unlikely that another agent will match their very high standards

I have sold a few properties over the years and Tingdene Estate Agents are by far the best agent I have ever used. A special mention goes to Elliot who kept me up to date through out the whole process and really made it a stress free sale. I will definitely be using them again!
