I recently purchased a house through Todd & Hartridge. From my first phone call until completion, the people I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. They always got back to me when they said they would. I must mention Alastair, who went over and above to help with the completion of my purchase. I was not local and needed quite a few questions answered. He made several visits to the property as it was empty and sent me pictures and videos and answered all my questions which gave me peace of mind. I would not hesitate recommending this company. Thank you Alastair, we now feel very settled.

The best estate agent that we have dealt with in Portsmouth. Odette especially was helpful, informative and quick to resolve/reply to any enquiry. From the start at the first viewing, the gent that showed us around was very kind and helpful. We got everything sorted and keys to our tenancy within 2 weeks!! Highly recommended!

Alastair was excellent in helping us through the sale of our flat. Prior to that Todd and Hartridge managed all the lettings of the flat for over 20 years and I’m not sure many agents would have gone out of their way as much as Alastair did to keep clients happy! Thank you.

It was extremely difficult for me to rent an apartment especially as a first timer in UK but Todd and Hartridge came through especially Tony who was highly professional and supportive all through the process.
I have to also add Odette timely response to emails and enquiries were superb, thanks team.

I am one of the people affected by the recent Nelson Avenue gas explosion. I contacted the agency to see a house, saw the Alver Road 3 bed house. I wanted to take the house off the market on the day of the visit. The agent said it would be unfair because there were other people to see. He would call me the next day. Didn't call. I went to the agency to find out why I hadn't called. He said the Landlord was on vacation... and that he would call me the same day. Didn't call. I also showed interest in another house that is on the market but said that it wasn't possible that they were painting... My question is why I was denied access to see houses at that agency. , because I was denied an answer from the other house. Because the house is no longer available. Exclude people from accessing your service because you are a single black woman! It's disgusting! Because until today, no one has called me. I went to see the house I could pay the rent. Because until today the agent hasn't called, why? I went to the agency to find out why I hadn't called. He said the Landlord was on vacation... and that he would call me the same day. Didn't call.
