08.55 hours on 12.4.2022, I was on my way out, I saw Scheme Manager (SM) in her office at Torus Housing over 55’s in Speke, Liverpool. SM informs me of Residence Meeting that morning. SM asked if there was anything I wanted raising at the meeting. I gave one small issue re communal bins, and that the Window Cleaners had not cleaned the windows properly on their last visit. 10.20 hours that same day, back at home, and knock on my door, 2 males standing outside my front door. 1 male asks “Are you the guy who complained about the window cleaner?” I asked who they were, lead male said they are the window cleaners and asked the same question 2 more times, was I the guy who complained about the window cleaners. I asked him who had given him my details. Lead male stepped forward and was right in my face. Neither of the males wore a mask. Due to Covid 19 restrictions the male should never have come so close to me. The 2 males were acting in an aggressive manner, the lead male was speaking through gritted teeth. The 2 males only moved away and walked off when I said I was going to pull the ‘Pull Cord’ inside my front door. At 10.23 hours that day, I called the SM’s Mobil Telephone, but there was no reply. I then made an Official Complaint to Torus by email. 14.4.2022. letter dated 14.4.2022 posted by hand at home address makes Counter allegations by Torus against me. 17.4 2022 I employ services of my Legal Representatives 26.4.2022 Letter received from Torus for appointment on 29.4.2022 27 4.2022 my email to Torus stating could not attend meeting on 29.4.2022 due to attending my Brother's Funeral. Also, my Legal Representatives would be at any meeting, and what specific complaints had been made against me? 9.5.2022 Email from Torus with attached letter for appointment on 12.5.2022. 9.5.2022 My email to Torus confirming my 'Prior NHS Appointment' on 12.5.2022. 10.5.2022. My Legal Representative sends email to Torus and including quotes "have not particularised or given any details of any complaints", "our client will not be ambushed", "my client will not attend a meeting with you unaccompanied", "to present particulars and details of your complaints/allegations". 6.6.2022 Torus email to my Legal Representatives apologising for the delay in replying, and outlined allegation details of complaint against me. 1.7.2022 My Legal Representative email to Torus attaching my statement responding to Torus allegations. 8.7.2022 Torus email with a new and separate allegation against me on alleged date 16.6.2022. 8.7.2022 My email to my Legal Representatives which included a video attachment. When I saw windows being cleaned on 16.6.2022, I immediately started videoing inside my home address. I purposely included a 'Major' TV News Channel to prove 'Time/day/date' of the same video, which also included my windows being cleaned, with audio of the cleaning and TV prominent in the background. The alleged incidents of 16.6.2022 just did NOT happen. 12.7.2022. My Legal Representatives email to Torus with my statement attached, quoting the existence of the video and also quoting Torus harassing me. I never heard another thing from Torus. No Telephone calls, no letters or emails from Torus. Due to the actions of Torus, I knew I could not only, no longer rely on them for support if I took ill, I also knew that some Torus employee's, are prepared to lie and fabricate 'incidents' in order to quash any complaints you may make against their bullying staff. I moved out of the Torus premises in January 2023. My delay in entering this is, I have been waiting for a Court Case to complete, which I can now say, was very successful for myself. My grateful thanks to my Legal Team, Mr Nam, Mr Taylor and others from whitecollarlegalandadmin for their understanding, professionalism and expertise in helping me to prove Torus are bullies and some of their staff will lie to avoid/deflect any complaints you make against Torus.... LCC housing options at Torus unfit to work with vulnerable people. I have heard the horror stories of housing options but what I was subject to made the stories sound like a Fairytale. They clearly admit they have your file in front of them so they are either clearly taking advantage of vulnerable people for a laugh or aren’t actually reading crucial information. I have a neurological condition made worse by a severe decline in my mental health due to the behaviour of a rogue letting agent and her celebrity landlord who broke several laws and the council ignored the situation for months, imagine having a complex form of PTSD and being harassed and tormented by a rogue letting agency daily for 6 months all for putting in a complaint. To go to an assessment to be mocked, belittled, degraded and demonised and laughed at no matter how honest I was in their eyes I was still a liar and no matter how many times I tried to defend myself have to sit there and be told what they think and what they think they know was soul destroying. I wanted to walk out that building into incoming traffic, housing support officers aren’t there to pass judgement and it supposed to be a safe place for someone to talk instead they gave me every reason to not want to live. No compassion or understanding, everyone who goes to that torus building isn’t there be bullied and mocked for the amusement. Hopefully things change in the future so someone else in my situation never has to feel the same way I did again.... Read more

TORUS are cooking the books in more ways than you could ever imagine. They've been helping themselves to my rent account. I noticed a payment on my bank statement was significantly higher than what was credited to my rent account with no explanation offered. After I was attacked (repeatedly punched in the head) because of a Social Services psycho Torus moved into the block where I live, I provided a Crime Reference number and details of their subsequent 'conviction'. Torus deleted all records of my complaints and when they couldn't do that anymore, they started to move the goalposts and play it down. In the meantime they wired my intercom to that of the attackers. They then moved a heroin addict into the flat above me to give me something else to think about and referred me to the Samaritans. They advertise their properties as "Safe & Great". When you submit a complaint, Torus delete it and rewrite one for you. They shift the goalposts and ultimately try to tell you what you're complaining about and then make it just fizzle out. They never find in the tenant's favour unless it has zero cost or significance. Record your conversations with Torus. Do not rely on Torus recording anything honestly. You aren't required to inform Torus they're being recorded and your recordings CAN be used in court. Keep referring to your original complaint! Watch how they try to change it. If you see Torus make notes with pencil and paper... it's just for show... the notes are going in the bin the moment you're out of sight. Get a solicitor...do not allow Torus to drag you (extremely slowly) down to their level. Even in 2024 it's not as expensive as you may think. It does not matter how the complaint arrives... portal, email, letter, telephone, in-person... it is deleted or reworked. They plan on you giving up. Torus refers to this internally as "Innovative Complaints Management". Ever met anyone who admits to working for these cowboys? Remember Torus hid behind COVID by closing their doors for 18 months longer than everyone else while we bankrolled its directors to travel the world looking for new ways to rip us off. Never give up !!! Let's get them kicked out of Liverpool.... Read more

My apparent safer estates officer does not communicate or call or visit just likes to send letters saying insufficient evidence, but yet they have over 40 recordings on the noise app Mr torus requested I downloaded. Whats the point if your NOT going to take action its beyond ridiculous. Am now onto my 3rd asbo team manager i wonder why as my close is a an absolute hotspot for it. I can only hope and pray for a miracle at this point. #help... Read more

Never known a company like them , my elderly mother in law has a flat with torus ,she has mould all over her kitchen because of no heating . Her units are falling apart .she has been told numerous times that she will get a new kitchen but false promises. Had workmen out who say one thing and do another. Next step is solicitors...... Torus has really gone downhill, they used to be so helpful when it came to their tenants, and now they can't even be bothered putting an outdoor light outside for an elderly couple whose driveway pavement flags are coming apart, they did the job to a few months ago. And now they will have to wait for someone from Torus to contact them for an actual appointment (which the woman could do on the phone when they called)... Outdoor lights are now for Domestic violence tenants ONLY It's like they're bringing anyone in to do the repairs its terrible... And when it comes to pest control on the property, they aren't bothered. They gave a tenant a property that was crawling with pests knowing that they look after small children.. Knowing that they was pest in the property as there's notes on the system... Read more
