I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ashley Castle to find a rental property. The prospect of moving can be stressful but the level of service I recieved was excellent. I was regularly called to check in about my requirements and forwarded properties of interest. He was extremely informative during the viewing and no query was too much. I really felt at ease. I would thoroughly recommend reaching out to him if looking for a property to rent

Good experience. Fast and reliable. Ashley and for that matter the hole team is very professional. They were very open in the whole renting process. I would recommend them regarding renting as the whole process was professional, accommodating, promt. Having contacted Stirling Ackroyd for a valuation on my property, I was sufficiently impressed by my interview with Claire Donaldson that Stirling Ackroyd were my choice over 2 other estate agents, to deal with the sale of my property. She was clear, polite and thorough in her presentation and did not make me feel hurried in any way.
On going into the office after I had instructed solicitor's, I asked for help in setting up some Portal Login system the solicitors had asked me to do. Claire readily agreed to help me and must have spent 2 hours dealing with it, including scanning documents to be sent to the solocitors. She has continued to check how the purchase of a new property is progressing and to offer help if needed.
Darren and Ali were appointed to deal with viewings. I was kept informed as to viewing dates and times and each were at my home prior to the persons viewing, saving me the need to be involved unless a question arose that needed my imput.
Given the slump in the market, I and family, were pleasantly surprised in the number of viewings and which resulted in offers.
At all times I felt confident that my interests were being cared for and only recently recommended Stirling Ackroyd to a neighbour who is thinking of moving in the spring next year.
I cannot praise enough the service I have received and would highly recommend the team.
