Sharks - demonstrate the worst practices that this industry is sadly infamous for. They encouraged a buyer to guzump us on a house we had purchased costing us money and potentially losing us a buyer. Only in the UK is this practice still allowed and it is a stain on the whole industry. Shame on you Tredinnick & Bower.

I was given misleading information regarding the existing tenancy situation which led to me wasting over £800 in survey and solicitors fees. There was no attempt to keep me informed, their communication with both myself, my solicitor and the seller's solicitor was non-existent and when I was finally forced to pull out of the sale I received nothing more than a confirmation email and letter - the first time they had communicated with me in five weeks. The property was also left up on Zoopla for two months after my offer was accepted.
