Sharks - Sadly Tredinnick & Bower engage in the worst practices that this industry is famous for. They encouraged a buyer to guzump us on a house we had purchased costing us money and losing us a buyer. Only in the UK is this practice still allowed and it is a stain on the whole industry. Fortunately this practice is soon to be outlawed in English law but if estate agents had any sense they would have self-legislated against it years ago.

Our dealings with Treddinick and Bower on the sale of this property and a previous one have been excellent. Helpful, honest and friendly. We sold during a difficult time in the market and their advice during the process was spot on. Would definitely recommend.

I was given misleading information regarding the existing tenancy situation which led to me wasting over £800 in survey and solicitors fees. There was no attempt to keep me informed, their communication with both myself, my solicitor and the seller's solicitor was non-existent and when I was finally forced to pull out of the sale I received nothing more than a confirmation email and letter - the first time they had communicated with me in five weeks. The property was also left up on Zoopla for two months after my offer was accepted.
