Reached out to Top Realty to help my husband and I find a condo to lease in the makati/BGC/Taguig area and we love our unit we are currently leasing.
After filling out their online contact form, I was contacted by Ms. Rona within a week. She sent me some options as well asked for our preferences/requirements. She reached out to the owners and scheduled visits to the different units. We viewed a number of units but unfortunately we felt none of them were just right for us. We patiently waited for more units to become available and Ms. Rona would send me options in the coming months. We eventually found one that was absolutely perfect.
Ms. Rona was so patient with how picky I was being and am so thankful for her help. We were abroad at the time when we found the unit we liked, and she was super helpful in getting all the contracts ready and completed. She even made sure everything was settled with the condo leasing office and that our move in process was very smooth.
The renting/leasing process here is quite different than in the USA, and I don't know how we would have navigated this process without her help.
In addition, any issues I need to share with owner, Ms. Rona acts as our liaison.
She has really been so so helpful. I cannot recommend Top Realty enough! Thank you so much!

I recently had an experience with Top Realty Corporation that was quite disappointing. Known as a highly esteemed and multi-awarded brokerage firm in the Philippines, Top Realty Corporation has built a reputation for professionalism and excellence in client and employee relations. With such a stellar reputation, I expected a higher level of professionalism in their recruitment process.
After waiting a week for an interview, I was enthusiastic about the opportunity to join the organization. Joined the Google Meet promptly at 4:30 as instructed, and waited. It was only after this delay that I was informed the position had already been filled.. through email! Didn't even have the respect to join the meeting and inform me face to face. This lack of prior notice and the absence of any communication until the last minute was disheartening and unexpected from a firm of their stature.
Given the company's standing in the industry, I had anticipated a smoother, more considerate recruitment experience that aligned with their reputed standards. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I hope that the company will refine their processes to ensure future candidates have a more positive and professional experience.
