They´re OK, I doubt no worse than any other letting agent in the town that charge 12%. They appear to respond pretty quickly jobs don´t appear too badly priced.

I have used Hashtag properties for renting a shop in Eastbourne and they have been absolutely wonderful!
Every part of the renting process they have made really easy for me to navigate.
I could not be happier with how they have conducted business.
If I could give them 6 stars out of five I would!

From the initial phone call with Ruth to Jo handing me the keys the service and communication was amazing, they went above and beyond for me and my family and I am so lucky and grateful for all their time and effort in helping me secure my property. 5* service and hopefully I will stay with them for a long time to come. This is so far the worst letting agency i ve ever experienced!!
They are unprofessional, disorganised and most of all a bunch of liars.
Here some pics of house when I first moved in!
I painted the whole house without charging them a penny and at the end of my tenancy they had the courage of charging me of an hypothetical extra day!
They will try to squeeze you till the last penny for a bunch of lies that they will make up in order to blame you!

Dont care about clients health conditions just evicts at xmas. They make up lies and destroy your property if u cannot afford to store it. They also claim the council offering help with storage which they do not they only offer help with removals. Based in that fabrication of the truth they destroyed all my pine furniture and other personal possessions.

The people at Hashtag Properties have been consistently excellent in all my dealings with them. They oversee a flat for me and do so with the minimum of fuss but a thoroughly careful and professional approach. They are friendly and approachable, and understand the lettings world inside out: I'd definitely recommend them.

Came in touch with James at Trident Properties, and i’m so glad I did. He was professional from the start, and extremely helpful, did everything he could to help me and my partner. Friendly, and easy to communicate with. No complaints or issues here. Would recommend.

After a recent split with my partner I was looking for a. Place. Trident and their team found a perfect place for me. They kept me up to date with the process and made the whole situation stressless. They are all very professional and friendly, and in these troubled times bent over backwards to help with getting me moved and into my new place.

Found a great selection of decent available properties managed by Trident on their website and made an enquiry. This was picked up in a timely manner and I received immediate contact from James Holles who discussed options and details with me honestly and answered all my questions patiently. Today I met James at the property to view it and decided to go ahead and even though I had some issues and needed some extra help to complete, James went beyond his remit to assist me and make it happen and by 5pm this afternoon, he had handled everything. Quality people, quality service and I would highly recommend this agency to any prospective tenant or landlord. Thank you again James.
