This company has been managing my 2 properties for almost year now. I get my rents paid any minor issues in property they take care of it.
They are busy company I respect that they might not be in touch with me frequently but I will say that they do not forget! And they replace tenants without me hassling

Trusted agency is a con do not use them. I am a landlord they have never paid me on time. They are constantly lying and cheating about the rent they owe saying they will pay me in a second that second never arrives. They are not helpful almost impossible to get through to them. They are still withholding my rent after 1 week I've chased them up 7 days non stop . DO NOT USE TRUSTED AGENCY AT 228 HENDON BROADWAY, they will take your money and scam you
