Ben and Nicky were fantastic in helping me sell my Aunts property, the way they market the property is real , the people coming to view have seen a true view of the property and there were no time wasters. Their local knowledge is also invaluable.
Both went above and beyond to assist me as I’m not local Bath. Would thoroughly recommend them.

We have received strong support and encouragement in selling our property with the advantage of actually talking to one or the other of the two colleagues in the agency. This has meant that we haven't needed to explain our situation every time we phone, a unique situation amongst Estate Agencies in our experience. Our inquiries have always been met with professionalism but also good humour, an enviable mix in the selling process. We are now experiencing the same in our buying process.

Tynings Estate Agents are truly a cut above the rest!
From my first meeting with Ben and Nikki I knew I wanted them to deal with the sale of my property. They are both consummate professionals in their field, a real 'power couple'!
The photographs taken by Ben and the brochure produced to promote my house were of outstanding quality.
Nikki helped me enormously during the sale process. She was always available to offer sound advice and up to date information, nothing was ever too much. Her support was invaluable.
All in all Tynings is a first class Estate Agent and I thoroughly recommend them.

I was so lucky to have found this Estate agent. Everything went stress free and smoothly: I found the cottage on their website in April and are now moving in end of June! Having viewed a few properties before, I can say that Tynings' properties were the most desirable ones, and honestly priced, too. The service I received was the best anyone could wish for.

Tynings did a fantastic job of getting our house sale over the line and Nikki in particular was incredibly impressive at knowing what was happening along the chain at all times! Her charm and tactfulness could be utilised at government level!
Photography and printed particulars were top notch and we felt supported and confident all the way through the process. By far the best agent we have ever dealt with (and there have been a fair few!).

Outstanding service - Nikki & Ben were supportive, professional and enthusiastic in the sale of my property. I cannot thank them enough . Having been with another agent for 6 months taking me through 2 sales only for each buyer to pull out at the last minute, I felt disheartened and fed up. Spoke to Tynings...within a couple of days they had secured a buyer and the sale was completed within 3 weeks of offer. No sales patter just an honest couple who work hard for their Client. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The best Estate Agent in Bath from my experience.

Buying/selling a house for the first time is a daunting, scary prospect but with the excellent, friendly, professional help of Ben and Nikki, it was a good experience! They went above and beyond anything I ever expected. They are reliable, so helpful, Nikki explained things I never would have understood and all in all they are by far the best. They were superb - no nonsense advice, transparent, highly knowledgeable about the area and tireless in their efforts in managing the chain to get us over the line.
