Please avoid at all cost, these guys should not under any circumstances be allowed to carry on with what they are doing, I was lied to constantly! They are happy to take your money every month but NEVER fulfil any of their obligation! I made the mistake of renting out my property fully furnished through them and ended up losing everything I owned (somebody) totally cleaned me out! On top of all that I couldn't even get the security deposit or of them. They really shouldn't be allowed to continue trading.

Was brilliant at first then after time failed to get repairs done had to board my window up myself after got smashed didn’t send anyone out until I got in touch with the home owner avoid at all cost better estate agents out there people worst estate agents going the amount of negative reviews everywhere

They will speak to you nicely but don't ever believe what these guys will say. Back in 2014, I've rented a house with these guys for six months, then I moved out as the landlord raise the rent, so I found another suitable one suit my budget. When I checkout, they came to the house and do the check out inspection, and everything looks good for them, and everybody was satisfied, and I suppose to get my deposit money in 3 weeks. However, getting the deposit money back was the most frustrating thing I've ever seen. So after three weeks, nothing showed in my account, so I called, and the surprise was the deposit was not protected, and they promised the money would be ready next week, no problem, so far. By the new next week, I gave them a call again to ask if I can come to pick my deposit, they told me a different excuse, and even gave me a check and when I tried to cash it in, but their account was no balance, so I called them and asking why you are doing this, they said sorry about that. Still, we promise your money will be ready in the very next week''. So after a long period nearly Five months and -ish, they agree to give back my deposit in cash, however, when I came down the office to collect the money they told me that they found (after five months) the bathroom and the kitchen taps were broken and water was covering the whole floor, and they told the landlord about these damages and the landlord asked them not to return the deposit, and I should charge for this damage. But, they told me talked to the landlord and conveyed him that they should only charge me for the repairing. So, they took £90 as fees for repairing the damages and handed me over the rest of the deposit. I told them why you didn't tell me about this damage over the phone before, and why I'm hearing about this damage after five months, ''we forgot'' that was the answer. it was a horrible experience and hope everybody reads this and thinks twice before using this agency

Don't ever believe what these guys say. They will speak nicely but they will not stand up for their word. I've rented a shared accommodation with these guys and they ruined my life. Still waiting for my deposit for the past eight months. They don't respond to any of your calls or texts or messages. They will not expose their guys when you go to their office. All they need is your money and nothing else.
Customer service is worst. They don't care about their customers.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to choose them.
Stay away from them please.

I arranged a viewing with this agency last Wednesday at 5:30pm on sheldon road, no-one turned up. I rang them 8 times and no answer. They never got back to me. I found the property through another agency this week but just missed out as it was let agreed 2 days ago. Gutted. Don't use this agency!

Hi all, I was staying in a property for about 8 months under this agency. I had got a very bad experience with this agency. Never bother to reply and my contract with was including all bills. We need to chase back day and night. In last year winter few days I had stayed without heating and power because of not recharging the power and gas.
After getting fed-up with there service I had moved to different agency. I had moved out on 26 Jan now it's more than 4 months I had chasing them for my deposit. After multiple visit last month they calculated all the bills and told within 1 week they will sent the deposit back. But after that no reply for any of my messages and calls. Still now am waiting for my deposit.
Very worst agency service I had ever met. Think twice or thrice before contacting this agency.
