I had a truly dreadful experience with this letting agency. From the moment I signed the lease, it was clear that they cared more about their profits than the well-being of their tenants. The maintenance requests were ignored for months, leaving us to deal with issues like leaky ceilings, slugs, and broken appliances.
Communication was abysmal, with emails and phone calls frequently going unanswered. When we did manage to get a response, it was often dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed completely disinterested in addressing our concerns or ensuring a habitable living environment.
To make matters worse, they were extremely slow in returning our security deposit, and when they finally did, it was significantly reduced for questionable reasons. It's clear that this letting agency is more interested in exploiting tenants than providing a decent service. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of them and look for a more reputable agency to work with.

Very unprofessional and unlawful behaviour. We have tried purchasing a commercial property with them and they have asked us to pay a deposit down payment. The property searches showed issues with the land and now they are refusing to pay us the deposit back.
We are now forced to take legal action against them in order to retrieve our money!

I have dealt with many agents in the Luton area but Ultimate Connexions are definitely one of my favourites. Its nice to talk to an agent with great character and genuine energy but also listen to the wants and needs that i have as a buyer/investor that also fit my strategy and business model. Sam is very knowledgeable , approachable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. Hi, most of the positive reviews have been false. The have a bad reputation in not full filling their promise to deliver contractual obligations. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. Use a company with integrity and have a open and transparent approach in doing business!

This is really the best agency in our area . We've been with them for many years now and I think some of the bad reviews I have just read about them are untrustworthy. The staff is amazing and friendly. Sabbi Bains has always treated us in a very professional manner and never refused to help. She even immediately dealt with the annoying neighbours when they were making our life difficult (which is not an easy task). After many years of bad experiences with the agencies and landlords in Luton it's a relief to be able to receive such a good service Overall, anything you ask you'll get it done and you'll be taken care of.

Worst letting agency in luton , They have only a big building wellington manor which is a cardboard like building for loks wise it is good after living in the house then we knows all the fittings and parts are loose and broken drains wont work correctly and a lot many problems from this agency , they lot our deposits they wont give full deposit back tells a lot many reasons to return the deposit and also all the girls in this agency are reckless and careless to customers.

Worst letting agency , they loots the deposit what we pays and also it is the only agency which will take more money as a deposit from customers , don't trust the houses they show , all the houses in wellington manor have so many problems which wont be visible to see and also their manager Sabbi Bains a very rude person , all the people hate her she's the only person who wont helps the customers , very very bad company , if possible try to avoid it , better go for some other agents.

Worst company in the world had a running with these COWBOYS they literally have no idea what is going on, and the attitude is unreal and no one has no idea what's going on. They charge you a nonrefundable admin fee even if they have misinformed you which is ridiculous. They're just out here to rob you never got a full refund for payments I made then was told to personally call the landlord myself which has never happened before to me, even though they are the estate agent but I had to talk to the landlord really unprofession got cut off many times in the process to get my hard earnt money back which I have now given up chasing. Rather pay a little extra and go to a more reliable company, honestly can say worst company out there don't know how they are still running.

Pretty bad. Submitted offers on numerous properties they were supposed to be marketing. They couldn't even be bothered to convey the offers or report back. Shocking service for their vendors. The owner (who has rated her business 5 stars below...) even tried to show me around properties she had no access to.
