Unique Estates has been a dependably professional and very efficient management agency for me in all my years as a landlord of residential property. For an extremely competitive commission the agency provides highly reliable service in all aspects of management, from daily maintenance to advertising and viewings. I can confidently recommend this agency to all current and prospective landlords. I also can assure tenants of the conscientious and attentive attitude they will be shown by the friendly staff.

I recently moved into a flat thanks to Chris and John who are both extremely helpful and helped me with everything from the first moment I got in touch with them. I couldn't have asked for more, Chris and John are always helpful and very responsive to any questions I have and have gone above and beyond in helping me to settle in. I feel very lucky to have met Chris and John and will always be grateful for everything they have done to help me find a place to stay.

As a landlord I can unhesitatingly recommend Unique Estates. They have proved to be entirely reliable and professional, friendly and helpful in all the years that I have been with them. I know that they also deal veryfairly with issues from a tenant's point of view. Altogether, they are an extremely well run agency.

I have rented trough Unique Estates for over 7 years and I always found their service absolutely nothing short of Excellent. Whenever I had any issues with the property I was renting in North London, Chris and John have always been extremely responsive and in most, if not all, cases got the problem sorted that same day for me. Their contractors are extremely friendly and clearly professionals too. Unique Estates is managed to the highest standards one could ever not even imagine from a letting agent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, responsive, and friendly partner for rentals.property management etc. I have now left the property I was renting trough them and I was quite sad to move out both because the property was amazing and a place that I called Home for a very long time, but also because I know it will not be very easy for me to find another letting agent as professional as Unique Estates has been for the entirety of my 7-years-long rental. The checkout process was very smooth too. Everything is done by the books at Unique Estates with honesty and humanity in mind! Again, I would - and I will! - highly recommend to anyone! I hope to rent or buy from them again in the future!

In 2019, my sister and I commissioned Unique Estates to manage the sale of a domestic property in North London, which belonged to my father and which we decided to sell following his death. In addition to the uncertainties in the UK domestic housing market caused by BREXIT, the process of selling the property was further affected by the need to secure grant of probate, which took several months to complete, and also the impact of the lockdown measures introduced early in 2020 in response to the coronavirus outbreak. Despite all these contraints, however, Unique Estates facilitated a successful sale, at the orginal asking price, and through a process that was delivered to the completion satisfaction of all parties. Clearly the Unique Estates team is driven by a customer-led business philosophy and this reflects in their friendly, helpful and efficient approach. In view of this, I have no hesitation in recommending Unique Estates as a partner in the sale of your property.

I just sold my property through unique estates and completed today, from the very start their service was impeccable, every appointment they arranged a time and date with me, they turned up for every viewing and I always got feedback. They got me several offers, which they sent me in writing too, once i accepted the offer from the buyer they helped me throughout the sale and kept me up to date. After selling with them I would not consider going to another agent as their service really was that great.
So highly recommended by me

With so many estate agents to choose from and having quite a few valuations I felt chris who is the director was down to earth and was a people’s person. He was not like the other agents who come round and was very informative, professional and polite. We instructed unique estates to advertise our property, their service was outstanding and his staff was on the ball and kept us updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and they achieved the price they promised which was better then other agents had quoted.
