I would like to thank Kirsty for an outstanding service, very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this firm. I turned to them as the first agent advised me my property was "unsellable" but this was not true and Unique properties were able to provide the correct service and sold the property swiftly. They gave sound advice and helped me every step of the way. I am very happy with the customer service and would definitely use them again, if I were to look to buy in the local area.

After having spoken to a couple of letting agents who came across as abrupt and unhelpful, I almost gave up. This is my first time enquiring about renting and the whole experience has been a little daunting. After I come across a property registered with Unique, I had a very detailed chat with Kirsty. Kirsty was very friendly, Informative and really reassured me. I would highly recommend Kirsty and Unique if you are looking for a property and would like to thank Kirsty for changing my perspective on renting!

We viewed a number of properties with Unique and were shown around by Kirsty. Despite us buying a house through a different agent in the end, Kirsty was by far the most helpful agent we encountered. She gave us a really good feel for the houses and areas we looked at and made the whole process of viewing, putting in offers and pursuing a purchase far more relaxed than the other agents we encountered, managing to be both friendly and professional.
