Be careful with this agency. They are unlawful at All. They has been reported in many councils ,Citizens advice ,Shelter.
Any problems with them call the Shelter right now..Shelter will call the police for you. THEY ARE RACIST ALSO

I went there to look for a room. I found one, but they asked me to pay a non refundable 150 pound for background check, which will take a week, and I may lose the money if they are not satisfied. I even have employer and previous landlord reference, but that is not enough. This is really crazy and do not recommend them.

I had a viewing for a room and was sent numerous reminder emails and a few text messages, one of which was sent the night before reminding me again of the viewing for the following day. I went to the property and no one was there. I called the number provided by the agent to be told the room was no longer available and that they sent an email to inform me. Totally untrue and they completely wasted my part of my only day off this week. My advice is don't bother using this estate agent and go somewhere else.
