From the moment we met Mark he was fantastic. Full of knowledge, honest and very responsive. Mark and Debbie are an amazing team. They both knew exactly what was going on at each stage of our transaction and were always more than happy to update us. They always responded to calls and emails. Poor service, lazy. They don’t explain to sellers what they have to do before a sale is complete. Cleaning is one of them!

From our very first meeting with Mark from the Barton Le Clay branch of Urban and Rural it was clear that we were dealing with a true professional. He arrived at the first meeting with a pack of information to help us place a value on the property. The photos were of a very high standard and Mark actually returned much later in the day to get an outside shot in better light. A buyer was found almost immediately.
At every stage we were kept fully informed as to how things were progressing and phone calls/ emails were always responded to within an hour or so.
I really cannot praise Mark and Debbie enough for the way they handled the sale of mum's bungalow.
