Rude, unprofessional, unpleasant to deal with. The sort of people if left in charge of the vacuuming would end up leaving your house on fire. Literally had a problem with the roof letting wet in and they did NOTHING about it blaming the landlord, with the old "not our problem" attitude and they had the nerve to INCREASE THE RENT and threaten me with fines and damaging my credit rating because I refused. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

The reviews on here really do not reflect the service I have experienced!! I have recently rented a property from Leaders and I could not fault the team at Fallowfield. They are very professional and our application was very straight forward and easy to follow. Thank you to all the staff here for making the moving process stress free! We are very happy in our new home :)
Absolutely terrible. First scenario, turn up for viewing, no one there, get a call five mins later saying it had been taken off the market. Second scenario, double booked us. Third scenario, rebooked viewings that had been double booked. Called to double check that we were still okay to come after all the previous hassle, women on the phone said she's get back to us as she couldn't get hold of anyone, called again as hadn't heard anything, same happened again. Dind't go to the viewing and had no call from the agent asking where we were, so the clearly were't there either. Still not heard from them. Utter waste of time.

It's the first time I've looked at a flat rented by Aubrey Lee and my agent Mollie has been very helpful from the viewing to coming to an agreement on letting the flat. She's been quick to respond to emails and phone calls and answered all my questions promptly. My experience has already been much better than with other letting agencies and I haven't moved in yet!

We've recently moved into one of their properties. We've dealt with Jennie who sent us a video of the property and answered all of our questions. There was a bit of confusion of when to pick up the keys but I assume that's cause they were really busy at the time, but all was good in the end. James was fantastic and answered all our inventory questions in a fast and professional matter. Thanks!
Everything was fine until I wanted to move out. I was falsely accused of causing excessive damp and the reason they gave was drying clothes inside (which was not true). They came to this conclusion after entering the apartment for a viewing with a potential new tenant while I was absent, and using the time to gather "evidence" by nosing around my personal belongings. The communication was terrible during this process both with the agent and the manager. At the end I had to arrange for the damp to be resolved and despite the property being professionally cleaned before my departure (to a better state than when I moved in), I was charged for cleaning the apartment and changing the mattress cover, which I never used (had my own cover). Very disappointed with the level of customer service.
