Rumor has it that Legal and General are looking for a new operator so I'm hoping this pushes this embarrassment of a business into insolvency. Probably why the owner is sucking as many dividends out of it as possible. Paying himself with what appears to be stolen deposits. Karma will get you.

Worst agency I have ever dealt with. From the start to end of tenancy they act like no one works in the office, meanwhile there seems like over 100 of people working in the office. You will get no reply over any issues for months.

If I could rate it less than 0 , I would. There is Flat online. I contacted them via email and phone calls, but unfortunately there was no response. After 3 or 4 days, I visited them at the company. They sent me an employee named Muhammad, who was very rude and disrespectful . After that, he simply told us a higher price than the price offered online. Finally, I do not recommend dealing with them at all, especially this young man Muhammad. They do not have any kind of respect.

Bad company. I am waiting for my apartment rental fund about two weeks. They ignore a lot of my calls and emails. When they finally answer the phone, they just tell the fund is pending and they don’t make any efforts for this delay. I really plan to change this company once soon.

DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THEM!!
They have held our deposit for 2 months as well as additional monies owed to us due to a bathroom leak (no fault of ours) as we had to put dehumidifiers on morning and night at their request and they then tried to get out of paying us the increase in electricity as ‘we couldn’t prove it was because of the dehumidifiers’. Absolute clowns!! We’ve raised a formal complaint, requested manager call backs, asked for updates from our property ‘manager’ Megan and simply get ignored. They’re all incompetent and none of them care.
We’ve had issues since we moved in- broken, unclean furniture provided, additional charges of payment taken which were unexplained and then the amount just reduced off our next rent. They are scammers and the landlord is no better!! Give us our deposit back you cowboys!

I would truly give this company no stars if I could. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT WITH THEM, they’re incompetent and just thieves at this point! We had to vacate the property early due to a leak in the bathroom (caused by faulty fixtures under the bath) that spread black mould all in the bedroom. This leak wasn’t identified properly for weeks due to the useless companies they hired to fix it and it took over 2 months for them to organise anything, advising there is nothing they can do for us and we had to stay in the apartment which was severely affecting our health. After months of negotiations they confirmed the landlord would pay back monies to us for a (very small) reduction in rent and pay for the increase in electricity bill (as they provided dehumidifiers for us to use night and day to dry out the room and originally tried to say they wouldn’t pay for the increase in electricity as we couldn’t prove it was due to the industrial dehumidifiers ????). We still haven’t had this money paid back to us and we left the property over 2 months ago. Happy to name and shame the landlord too as she is just as much at fault for not sending us the funds. At this stage we are still waiting for our deposit back, we handed our keys back 8 weeks ago. They claim they are waiting on costings for a bit of cleaning of a skirt board etc… this was their last contact nearly 3 weeks ago. Our emails and call back requests go ignored. Megan who is our ‘manager’ of the property acts like she’s ghosting us from a bad date, just truly incompetent and doesn’t care. We’ve submitted a formal complaint which again has gone completely ignored and we have waited over and above the 15 days requested. We didn’t want to get to this stage but we are at a loss of what to do?! How do you get your money owed back from these cowboys?!

Very reliable agent, my property manager is Adeeb Ahmed, who is absolutely responsible and trustworthy. He update me on the flat situation regularly. If the tenant has any concerns he will proactively communicate with him. To manage the late rent payment or arrears, he will communicate swiftly with tenant to find out the details of any late payment and give me good advice to manage the situation. Very happy with the service so far
