**Shared Ownership Mortgage Application** Jon has been so helpful in getting our shared ownership mortgage sorted. By no means was it a straightforward “Yes/No” application, as the S.O aspect makes you jump through a few hoops to check affordability beyond just the lender. But in order to ensure we got accepted, he helped to put certain things right that would have stood in our way of getting approved. He was always on hand to answer any questions/worries we had.
