Seen a apartment via vision properties, paid the holding deposit and filled out a pre-tenancy agreement.
On the pre tenancy agreement I clearly stated about my adverse credit only to get an email from Toby to say that I require an guarantor which I was given 3 days to sort out after all the checks had been done.
Anyway I cancelled the flat and requested my holding deposit to be refunded. I was asked to send in my bank details for the funds to be transferred into the account and when that didn't arrive I been chasing this up only to be told that it has been done and they will chase it up with accounts department (LYING) . As yet its been a week and nothing has come through yet, from my understanding bank transfers take 4 hours max and card refunds takes up 5 working days max.
WARNING BEFORE YOU CONSIDER A PROPERTY FRON VISION MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT ONE OTHERWISE YOUR NOT GETTING BACK YOUR HOLDING DEPOSIT BACK!!

So far we are happy with Vision Properties. We just rented a flat through this agency, and the staff made the process easy and clear.
Our first contact was with James. He was profesional and quick to respond. He offered us a virtual viewing, which we were very happy about. Sold our flat through Vision properties and the quality of the photos and the customer service was excellent.
James did a fantastic job with viewings and keeping us informed throughout the process and helping manage it from both sides.

I rented through V1sion, and they were really great with me and my flatmate, who needed to secure a place quickly. They worked with us and the owners to speed up the move into a lovely flat in central Leeds, and at the end of tenancy everything was completed quickly and fairly.
