Jeremy Rosenblatt’s card arrived in our postbox at just the right moment. We were considering selling but didn’t know if it was the right time or, as first-time sellers, how to proceed. Jeremy patiently explained current market conditions and advised how to price our flat with or without further investment, and other considerations. We met with several agents and after reviewing references, determined that Jeremy had the relevant experience and contacts that would benefit us most.
