Received a hand delivered note from this company bring to my attention my house was no longer on view on a selling website and if I was not happy with my current agent they were happy to market my property. After further investigation I found out that another agent had submitted a complaint and thus is why my listing had been removed. All sounds very fishy to me why would another agent monitor another agents listing, send a hand delivered note to their customers and then by coincidence their listing are removed from a website. Not the way to conduct your business, demonstrates lack of professionalism and shocking tactics!!... Read more

Fantastic seamless service! We sold our property down south at the start of the year so were on the house hunt in this crazy market! We viewed quite a few properties with verdala, each time with Scott and his service was so professional but friendly and approachable answering all our endless questions! There amazing work on social media especially the sneak previews meant we had the info we needed before a property even went live. I’m sure they started to dread my name on instagram ???? but it was worth it…In august after lots of viewings and even more enquires we finally found our perfect home with verdala. We viewed it day 1 of viewings, offered the next morning and 8 weeks later without a single hiccup we had the keys to our gorgeous new home!
