We rent a property with Vesper Group and normally email Holly, either for a Tenancy Contract renewal or for any other maintenance requirement we may have at the property.
We greatly appreciate the way Holly handles our emails related to the property which may require liaising with the Landlord or maintenance team regarding our queries.
she then promptly gets back to us with an answer from the team or the Landlord.
We sincerely thank everyone on the team (Vesper Group) and especially Holly for her quality work.

Absolutely poor experience with this company. They promised to let out my flat in one month from 6th April, with a very warm welcome to onboard me as a client, but after agreeing to put the flat on the market, I have not heard ever again back from them and it's been 2 months. I tried calling the office, emailing them, all I get is all agents are busy. I am not sure what is the way to get them to reply to me. I am doubtful if the 5-star reviews here are all genuine or not!!!!!
