Enzo, Oli, Julie & the team were amazing. Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!!
Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully.
As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings.
Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

From start to finish Oliver was my main point of contact and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help throughout the process! Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

We have a rental property and have used Via Properties as letting agents for the past year. During the process of finding a tenant - Oli & Enzo were both responsive and quick to deal with any enquiries. Esin has also been very quick with dealing with management issues and the recent renewal went smoothly.

I rented my flat with Via Properties which I have done for the last 4-5 years. As always I received great service and they always kept me updated with viewing bookings and progress. I was able to rent the flat out within a month and as usual they always give me great tenants!! They always gave me honest advice too!!

I am sad to say that this company has treated my family disgustingly
We are a hard working family and wanted to rent a property for our two sons one of which is completing his law degree and the other doing his apprenticeship and both working.
Since the visit we have called via properties at least in excess of 10 calls
The reason for our call was to put in an application for a property that has been available for a while now and is still available.
Every time we called we was told That the young man (Ollie) was off.This went on for 10 days and when we asked if someone else would kindly help us they repeatedly said that they will take my details and someone will get back to me which just did not happen.
We all called and was told the same thing until eventually we called and Ollie answered and at that point he stated the landlord has decided to rent to his friend.
However this property is still being currently advertised on Via Properties and multiple sites as available to let
We also called regarding another property only to be told we would be called back but yet again nothing.
This kind of behaviour raises concerns with regards to Via properties professionalism and has we have completely lost faith in their promises. This is unfortunate as there are a number of lovely properties which they are advertising for let, however if the despicable service we received is anything to go by we would not recommend this Letting Agent to serious buyers/ tenants/Landlords or people with an Ethnic background.

I recently bought a house with Via Properties. The process to completion was much longer than I had experienced previously due to some complications however Enzo at Via Properties kept me up to date on progress and really helped to push things through. This would have taken much longer without Enzo's help and determination which was very much appreciated. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling.
