Absolutely AVOID. I dare to say, This company is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with IN MY WHOLE LIFE. It is a complete SCAM. I posted this comment here as I feel obliged to help people from being scammed by them.

Here is why and evidence: 1. They deliver hazardous flats for tenants, which has black molds everywhere in the flat, which causes lung infections; 2. They refused to return deposit while the flat was hazardous to live, all the way until the last moment that we were going to sue them as tenants, with the solid written proof that it was hazardous to live. 3. When we said we were going to sue them, the staff literally laughed and said, it is not our first time being sued, and we are not afraid. How hilarious! 4. They delayed the move in date by 1 whole month stated by the contract, resulting in all of the tenants having to spend hugely on temporary living while waiting, and they provided 0 compensation; 5. The staff did NOT reply to any emails, or calls when there were issues; even if you go to their office, the staff refused to see you or talk to you or provide any solutions. They literally kicked me and other tenants out of their office.

Overall, be very careful with the other positive and generic reviews of this company online, as this company truly, is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Check more of their reviews on Yelp. I can imagine they must have spent hugely on fake marketing reviews. Researching and finding agents that are responsible and reliable is important.

I wish I used Victorstone before to find me a flat.The previous company I went to was absolutely shambolic. Victorstone charge reasonable fees and the service in the Camden office was exceptional. I have recommended my friend to their Shoreditch office.
