Please do not use this estate agent. I use them and paid rent on a property for two years and never once complained. On my checkout inspection village wrote down there has been normal scratches on there. Village did not support me in any way shape or form. I have emails and photos to prove this. Please avoid this estate agent as they provide bad customer service and are not at all professional. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Possibly the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever had to deal with. Constant excuses made as to why none of their agents can do their jobs right. I urge please do not use these people. They have no idea what they are doing. They are rude and incompetent and when you ask questions to which they don't know the answer too they will just out the phone down on you. Having had a few viewings with them I realised that when the estate agent turned up knowing NOTHING about the properties she was showing us around (not even the asking price) the Village estates are amateurs at the property game. Constant excuses and even blaming each other and obviously no staff training ever happens at the clowne branch. Honestly, they are a joke!!! Please do not use them.
