This is the worst agent I have had to deal with.
I made an offer on a property which they were selling (10 Bellhouse Lane ) They never come back to me with any answer whether my offer was accepted or not. I made several follow up calls and each time they promised to come back to me with an answer. One of they called Paul asked me to send him proof of fund and identification which I did. He emailed me to confirm receipt and promised to get back to me with answer to my offer. He never did. I was shocked to learn that they accepted an offer from another person a week after my offer.
I believe that my offer was never presented to the Vendor. They undercut the Vendor by their shady deal . They are a bunch of cowboys estate agent. No professionalism.

Please do not use this estate agent. I use them and paid rent on a property for two years and never once complained. On my checkout inspection village wrote down there has been normal scratches on there. Village did not support me in any way shape or form. I have emails and photos to prove this. Please avoid this estate agent as they provide bad customer service and are not at all professional. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
