Utterly useless. How any business ever gets done is beyond me. There's absolutely no sense of urgency for anything, communication is awful. Don't expect them to let you know anything first. If you want any information from them, you have to chase and chase and chase. Phone calls and messages go ignored for weeks at a time, then just fobbed off with excuses and passing the blame, and that's when you aren't just being outright lied to. If you can avoid dealing with Walkers, then use absolutely anybody else. It's a shame there isn't a zero star option on here as I think one star is too generous.... Read more

I've been using this estate agency for about the last 15years or so and have now sold my property. I'd just like share my personal experience with them which has always been outstanding. Any late payments regarding my tenants was promptly chased up and dealt with (unlike Edward Mellor) and Carla especially is totally professional and friendly to deal with.She has been extremely helpful also during the sale of the property. After phoning numerous times this week, emailing to book viewing with no response until I'd phoned for the umpteenth time to ask about a viewing the lady trying to put me off to say there were already applications in. Couldn't make the times I suggested I decided to leave it after trying to contact them several times this week. Why would anyone want to live in a property managed by this agency. Do the homeowners whose properties you manage, realise that your agency are putting off potential renters. Completely unprofessional!!!!... Read more

Waste of time messed me about for 2 weeks had evering they need had to keep chasing evering up my self as they didn't do there job on the day I was to move in they messed me about something rotten and blamed it on the land lord sayin he was messing about when property haves been up for 5 months then in in the same day sent an email to my misses saying its still available they are an absolute joke I would suggest not to use this letting agents as will just waste your time an you won't get no where... BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER!! Messed me about something rotten!! Carla cant be bothered to ring u back or do her job!! The office is a dive!! Paperwork all over the place!! They dont have a clue what they are doing!! Genuinely you wont find a worse agent anywhere in Manchester!! Walker Property Services was recommended to me by a few friends and colleagues, who have used this company themselves and could not praise them highly enough. The most unprofessional people you could come across....i believe its 2 people in the office anyway with a phone.. i was going to get a small property after all the references checks etc gone through allright..took weeks while i was hanging in the air..and the day i was ment to collect the keys i got a TEXT i cant have the property ..reason given personal reason without any explanation(imagine ) took time work off work ,family stuck somewhere else.. and i cannot tell you the pain and agony they caused...luckily i am ina much better house in a much sorted area but just telling so that nobody else has tp go through the same.....
