They list properties for sale on
both Rightmove and Zoopla.
My wife and I ended going to Ward and Partners to sell the house as we had been mucked around (and lost a LOT of money) by another agent, and the agent that I we spoke to (Retika) gave us all the assurances under the sun. At this point we had lost all confidence in estate agents, but Retika gave her word that she could sell the house for us. Lo and behold, Retika was true to her word and surpassed our hopes and managed to get the house sold within 2 weeks of joining Ward & Partners.
The sales service came from a lady called Deana, who again was very good and kept us in the loop as to the progress of the sale. Retika was also on hand to answer further questions, which was a nice touch as Deana had technically taken over at this point. On the day of completion Retika also called me and explained what was going to happen and to make sure that I was happy and to congratulate me on teh sale of the property.
To end this review, all I will say is that Ward & Partners will be the first point of call for my wife and I if we look to either buy or sell a property in or around Kent again. Outstanding service all round, and kept to their promises. Nothing else to add, as the service was nigh on perfect.

I found Ward and Partners after seeing a sign saying they sell 1 in 4 houses in Gravesend. I'm skeptical of all estate agent claims, but after seeing their stock I can believe it is true.
I had a real headache from other estate agents listing houses they didn't have just to get my details and high pressure sales, but W&P seemed to skip all that in favour of actually having something to offer.
Out of 5 estate agents, W&P found all 3 houses I put serious offers on. The third house I bought.
An offer on the first house was accepted and this brings me to the problems I had. Once the offer was accepted W&P lost all interest in the deal. The sellers kept changing the terms of the deal, which resulted in the collapse of the chain. W&P did nothing to help and I could only get information by calling the sellers directly. I can't help but think if they were on the ball the sellers would have behaved better, or at least I would have known so the problem didn't drag for months.
I would still recommended W&P to find your house, but be prepared to do the leg work after that. First time buyers like me should be particular careful as it is confusing to know if everything is going to plan.
Since viewing 1 property with you, I seem to be getting constant unsolicited text messages from you about new properties that aren't even remotely close to what I'm interested in. Any idea why your company thinks unsolicited spam marketing is acceptable? Take me off your list.
