We were promised a better experience than four years prior but felt let down. Communication was poor and agents did not provide buyers with the extra information they need to decide if the property is right for them. We were advised to sale at a higher price than we had expected resulting in an open day that failed to produce much interest. We were made to feel that it was our fault and asked to reduce the price. We have received regular updates showing enquires, viewings and feed back. However we did not receive the first update from the open day even after requesting it. We had previously had bad service from Wards and other agents and had been told that the service was much improved. I am sorry to say it has not improved. We are now in dispute with the fees agreed as we refused to pay extra to use our own solicitor and not theirs.... Read more
