Myself and my husband was in the process of purchasing our first home together, however we always struggled to book viewings or receive any feedback on properties that we were interested in via apps such as zoopla or Rightmove. Therefore, i started to call individual estate agents within the area of our choice and look for any help this way. Upon calling wards, we was told about a property that just came onto the market by Kirsty at the centralised sales team who was an absolute star! She was able to provide support of how to go about looking for properties and booked us onto viewing the same day! Also Honi - Wards (Kent) was amazing too, always available via email to assist with any questions or enquires we had about the property.
