After gaining extensive experience within the industry working for major corporate players for a combined period of 17 years, both partners decided to open their own estate agency. The partners decided that the knowledge they had gained over many years could now be used to provide an unique and first class service direct to the general public.
Warren Bradley Estates was established on the 1st September 1993.
The first office opened in Colindale, with our second office in Hendon opening on 3rd January 1997.
Both offices have quickly established themselves as one of the leading agencies in each of their respective locations.
Each office has the benefit of a partner based on site, with members of staff specialising in the relevant specific areas of the business.
Warren Bradley Estates are fully computerised. Using the latest available technology, we are able to provide colour property details as standard. Reports to vendors on the progress on the sale of their property are available instantly. Also, all appointments are permanently logged for security purposes.
We have previously been voted best local independent agent by a major relocation network and in 2016 we were also awarded GOLD for Customer Excellence by allagents.co.uk who are the leading review site for Estates Agents.

My girlfriend had a less than satisfactory experience with a certain employee who showed her around a flat in Colindale. During the viewing he was impolite and condescending, undermining our salaries and saying we could not afford the flat based on just one our salaries, like no ****…? We are seeking to rent as a couple, and our salaries were more than sufficient to afford this property. He then went on to suggest that the landlord would likely reject our application. However, a few days later, he sent us an email stating that the landlord was interested in making an offer. Unfortunately for the landlord, we had already accepted an offer on another flat where we had a much better experience. When we declined the offer, the employee then went on to tell us that we were "a little unfair in how we conducted ourselves but what can you do". Having read reviews from other people, it is apparent that this employee has a habit of treating prospective tenants poorly. A word of advice, treat your prospective tenants with respect and provide better customer service, it is not difficult.

Viewed a property for rent via this estate agent.
Arranged a viewing with Adam, we viewed the property and decided it was the one for us!!!
Adam was very polite, helpful and professional.
He made sure everything was tied up and in place as quickly as possible.
We are now in our new home!!!
I can highly recommend this estate agent if you are looking for a high quality property and a service that goes above and beyond to cater for your needs.

I went for viewing two days ago and I really liked the flat.. I called the office the day after asking them when they can reply to me because I want to move as soon as possible and if the landlord said no Of course I want have enough time to look for another one. Anyway one of the staff was talking to me in a very rude way asking me in a very bad way why did I call the office twice which is a lot for him !!!!!!!! and I should wait.. Anyway not going to talk more about it. But being rude with the customers is not professional at all. Trying to be good with the customers is not hard.. if you do not want to work just don’t.. in lots of reviews I can see his name and they are saying that he is rude. I talked with lots of agencies and no one did same as this agency. Not going to call this agency ever even if I like something..

Our experience began in 2014, with Warren from Warren and Bradley Estate who provided excellent service from the beginning of the process of house viewing until we moved into the property. In 2018, we decided to move to another property within the same location and we contacted our agent Warren and Bradley. Warren was more than happy to help us with the processing as we found our ideal home (budget, ideal living environment and ideal location) listed under Warren and Bradley Estate. Warren assured us that he would ensure that the processing of moving from one property to another be taken care in a smooth manner without any hassle or stress. This time our case was handled by Adam who was very thorough, pleasant and patient, while he made sure all information was provided and understood. Adam and Warren had made sure our relocation of property being managed well and gave us enough time to move without any pressure. We are now living happily and many thanks to Warren and Adam.

I engaged Warren Bradley as my rental agent since 2016, really appreciate their personal touch and how they look after my property. As an overseas owner, it is really important to have an agent which is on top of every matter, trivial to big. As a result, I just need to sit back and have my rental income received in a monthly basis. I heard so much about bad agent experience from my Hong Kong friends with properties in UK.
